I want to thank each and every one of you … thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, and thank you … Because it’s due to our community of customers over these past 25 years that our company has survived, thrived, and strived towards being the best property improvement company in our region. When I say “best,” what I mean is the most respected, helpful, meaningful, and forward thinking company. Evidence of this is found in our overwhelming repeat and referral customers, awards, and in our 5-star ratings across many platforms: Google, Nextdoor, Yelp, Houzz, Angi, and Facebook.

Since 2000, we have grown from a residential painting franchise to a robust general contractor offering remodeling and painting services for not only homeowners, but also for small and large companies, local government organizations, and large general contractors. Perchance you ask yourself, “Oh my goodness, Carol, how in the world did all that happen in 25 years?!” Well, I tell ya, it took time, heartache, celebrations, ups and downs, sideways and backways, and a lot of really great team members and community support that have helped us bring out our best everyday. We work in the village of the Greater San Antonio region and are passionate about living and working here.

Sep 2000 Residential painting franchise started

Aug 2002 1st small commercial painting project: Nogalitos Gear

Mar 2004 1st non-profit project: Avance Child Development Center

Sep 2005 1st government project: interior painting at Kelly USA

Nov 2005 1st large commercial painting project: Center Park Office Complex

Apr 2009 Launched remodeling business: “Real Renovations”

Aug 2009 1st residential remodeling project: kitchen cabinets and countertops

Dec 2010 Business expansion, rebranding, and name change: Renovate Paint and Design 

Aug 2011 1st full house residential remodel project

Jun 2013 1st full condominium complex exterior painting: Woodbridge Condominiums

Jul 2016 1st commercial remodeling / painting project: Apartments owned by Oleander Holdings

Mar 2019 1st subcontracting project with large contractor: @ Southwest Research Institute

Jun 2022 Moved business to commercial leased space: 11925 Starcrest Dr, SATX

Jul 2024 1st long term procured contract: 3 yrs with CPS Energy
