Spring is here! So, as a weekend landscaper, weeder, and planter, I am once again out cleaning up all things that did not survive during the brief winter. Meanwhile, during the week, the company is keeping me tremendously busy especially with painting, carpentry, and deck rebuilds.

We’ve started 2024 on a real positive note. As usual, while our project managers are doing a wonderful job at keeping our customers happy, our talented crews are accomplishing great work that is being heralded by our customers. During the past 3 months, our customers have given us 6 five-star reviews for painting-repairs and 3 five-star reviews for remodeling. Here are some of the highlights of our business:

• CABINET PAINTING: We are now using Emerald Urethane on kitchen and bathroom cabinets. This product lays down very smooth, is easier to apply, and has little to no odor.
• EXTERIOR PAINTING: Talking about spring upkeep, we are painting 3 or more exteriors a week. Each team has a fully experience carpenter that addresses all your needs.
• PORCHES: We are helping many customers design and build screened-in porches to help keep the mosquitoes at bay. In fact, we recently screeded in our porch, which my wife has taken over for her personal retreat.
• WALK-IN SHOWERS: Conversion from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower remains very popular and frequently requested.
• ADA – MOBILITY ACCESS SHOWERS: The second most popular bathroom update is removing the garden tup and extending the shower. This adds a lot of room especially for individuals with mobility issues.
• COUNTERTOPS – CABINETS: We are replacing “A LOT” of cabinets and countertops this year. Building and installing new cabinets with soft-close hinges and slides really add to the design comfort of kitchens and bathrooms.
